Please view in shadowbox.

I saw this scene to the west as the sun was rising.  The fog was thick along Mallets Creek and as it began to dissipate provided a glimpse of a lush green farmer's field.   It was still very dark with the thick layer of fog, but what colors did show through were very saturated and beautiful pastel hues.

It's not the sharpest image but for me the lack of details works just fine in this scene.  What do you think?

Very nicely rendered.
A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.

Wonderful image, Chris! I like the way there are so many trees all working within the composition in unison. So often there is a single tree placed within the fog. That works well, but this is much more interesting to me. The dark processing fits the time of day well, and the subtle blues and hint of pink make it even better. Well done.
