Clearing fog above the New River in West Virginia. The light here was so incredible and I can only hope to convey a small bit of what it felt like to be there on that morning. As I first arrived the location was completely fogged in, but soon enough the clouds began to clear and the sun burst forth selectively upon some rolling fog in the distance. I really liked the glimmer of the river down below as well. Anyways, thanks for looking. Constructive and honest critiques are always encouraged and welcomed.
Techs: Canon 7D, Canon 70-200 f/4 @ 70mm. 1/30th, f/14, ISO 100.

Awesome Chris. I really like this limited visibility glimpse at the ribbon of water at the valley floor. Great mood here.

Neat...but one where I think it had more impact being there in person.

Always a treat to see nature's power in action.
A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.

Nice capture!!! Love the depth created by the darks in the mountain and the inclusion of the river.
