Very nice. Love the layer of fog, with the foreground softness and the harsh features of the mountain in the back.

Fantastic!
If I could wish for one thing it would be that the reflection of the peak were not obscured by the grassy island.

The fog on the water makes the image. Not sure if possible but if the merge between the grass and the reflection could have been avoided it would be even better.

I was helping a friend with his workshop when we both realized that the dawn was going to be a good one. I ran to the right of the group for a straight on shot. I had the Gitzo very high as I am 6 feet 5 inches and even on my toes I could not clip the grass. The light was moving fast and so the image gave up up what it could. I could try for a processing miracle.

Love it Cecil. Awesome reflection and great view all the way from the lily pads in the foreground to the clouds at the peak. Nice touch with the sunrays kissing Katahdin!
