"The Sound You Made For Me"
This one is from a foggy morning along the upper banks of the New River, West Virginia. Most of the trip was cursed with bright blue sunny skies all day, so I was happy to have at least one morning with some atmosphere. In this image, I quite like the small bonsai-zen-like tree on the right, as well as the contrast between blue and yellow colors.
Techs: Canon 7D, Canon 70-200 f/4 @ 98mm. 4 seconds, f/14, ISO 200. Polarizer.

Darn blue skies! Nice soft image.

Love the softness here. The leaf right in the middle looks a little incongruous, and draws my eye.

Hi Wade - totally agree. It's the only thing that bothers me about the image. Suppose I could clone it out, though I generally try to avoid doing that. Thanks for the honest critique.

Another beauty. I like the strong diagonal running through the frame and the soft atmosphere is great as well. I agree about the leaf but it doesn't take away from the overall image for me. I love spending time in the forest on still days, seeking out quiet compositions like this. To me, these are your strongest type of images.

Love shots like this. I think it could be just a tad brighter to really give that dreamy look.
