From our recent trip to the USA  - after 20 days in Alaska we finished off with a road trip from Seattle to Los Angeles via Crater Lake National Park, Lassen Volcanic NP, Great Basin NP in Nevada and a last call at Zion NP. On this evening I chose not to battle the crowds on the bridge for the iconic view of the Watchman, preferring to explore downstream where I was rewarded with this.

I really like the framing by the trees and the flow of the composition in the image.

Great rendition of one of the iconic views of the Southwest.
A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.

Very nicely done. For presentation, perhaps a slight boost to the midtones would give it more punch.

Glad to see you're back to the US national parks. I've enjoyed your past posts on FM, and good to see you posting here now. I like your processing--restrained but full of detail.

I far prefer this angle over the bridge perspective. This photo really grows on me the more I look at it. Beautifully done, Andrew!
