Just got back on Monday from our latest USA trip in which we made our first visit to Alaska. We now have 56 of the 59 USA National Parks under our belt, with the final 3 in Alaska planned for next year. On this trip we visited 5 Alaskan parks, as well as return visit to 4 more on the west side of the lower 48 states. Our first park was Wrangell - St. Elias National Park and Preserve where conditions were awesome everywhere we went. Had a full day guided Root Glacier hike that presented some amazing landscapes. I'm a big waterfall fan so was thrilled to find something so different from the usual waterfalls I shoot. Alaska certainly lived up to all its hype - an amazing place!
I took my Sony A7R (with Canon lenses) on its first trip and I can't rate this camera highly enough. |
