Smoke from a nearby fire fills Yosemite Valley early in the morning.

A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.

Beautiful Jens. I love the view through the valley at half dome.

A very interesting image featuring smoke. What catches my eye is the smoke lying in the valley. Does this have something to do with air temp.? Well done, how was the smell in the air?

I like the crispness of the framing trees against the softer smokey valley.

Really like this Jens. Love how the scene is distilled down into just shapes. That being said, I prefer the square crop (thumbnail) for that reason. The trees detract a bit, for me.
