A very pleasing B&W image of this classic landmark. I like how my eye stays focused on the canyon; yet can slowly move upward into the clouds. The narrow break in the cloud cover and the distant horizon seems to make this work.

Stunning shot. I really like the B&W and the high contrast conversion.

What do you use for B&W? Lightroom/ACR, Photoshop (CC) or some plugins?

I like how the cloud shadows make the point stand out more.

Hey E.J. Beautiful contrast and tonalities here. Scrolling down in my browser, I like it a bit more as a 4x5 ratio. The sky adds something, but the real interest for me is the play of light within the canyon. I think some of the sky can easily be chopped off, but I know that's a completely subjective opinion. Overall, nice one ... makes me want to visit!
