Aberdulais Falls can be found on the River Dulais at Aberdulais near Neath,South Wales. The falls are formed as the river plunges over beds of hard lower pennant sandstone just before meeting the River Neath flowing down the Vale of Neath.
Taken on a very dull and drizzly day, hence the lack of any light.

Hi Peter! What a smooth and even waterfall! This is all natural? Crazy, and beautiful! First things first, I'd like to see the image brightened to at least bring the white highlights of the water up near the top of the histogram. It's just a bit too dark as is, and is making the water look quite muddy even if it is a little brown to begin with. Compositionally, I like the sweeping diagonal from top right down to the bottom. I'm on the fence about the waterfall being cut off in the upper right, but I think it ultimately works. I really like the pink flowers on the distant shore. Brighten it up, and it will be quite nice!

Love the detail and love the chosen shutter speed for the water.
I wish the right hand top of the waterfall would have intersected with the corner of the frame.

Yes, I can feel the force. The lack of bright highlights is not a handicap but gives the image a pleasant calmness.
A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.

Agree with John and Chris. I also think polarization would have done wonders for this shot.

Peter,
This is stunning. I really like smooth water falling from the right and the hint of moss/liverworts in the foreground. This touch of green balances the green and purple vegetation in the background.

beautiful work.
