Fuerteventura is one of the islands of the Canary Islands (Spain). This volcanic place has big beachs of fine sand and very few people. The landscape is mountainous and completely dry without vegetation, this captus is the only green that you can see there.

Hi Jose! I dig the image. Man, that longggg slope from the top of the mountains down to the ocean is really cool. It would be fun (or maybe just tiring) to try to climb up the mountains from the beach. I like the overall dark processing. It looks really natural, but also foreboding. I think that mood fits the island very well, considering how barren it is. I like the way the rocks have a red tinge to them that you only notice after looking a while, and how that red contrasts with the clean blue of the ocean. A nice composition has been achieved as well, with the cactus counteracting the strong shapes of the mountains along the diagonal. Nice!

I like how you used the captus to turn this into a pleasant composition.
A great photograph is absorbed by the eyes and stored in the heart.
