Wonderful light here, of course! I like your choice to include just a sliver of the water / bank in the foreground. The light on the water and off to the bottom right really help balance the scene. My first thought was to just focus in on the trees, but on second though I think you nailed it. I like the warm white balance here. Exposure wise, I might take the image just a touchhhh brighter, or at least raise the highlights a smidge. Not a lot at all. Overall, a very enjoyable photograph.
