Not the ideal conditions and very unusual for Skye,wall to wall blue sky's for a whole week back in 2013.

That's quite a vista Peter --- though I'm sure it looks great in full sun, it's still very attractive with dappled sunlight and mist in the distance. Nice composition by the way!

Certainly not the light you would have chosen to capture the beauty and atmosphere of the wonderful Isle of Skye in its many moods Pete, but I think you've done well in the circumstances with this fine view! I just love Skye, rain or shine!
