Great shot. I like the crop and panorama format. Great reflection. The blue of the sky looks fantastic.

Always a beautiful place and some nice colors here. A couple of things that could make this already very good photo even a little bit better. It isn't level as the peaks in the reflection are not vertically aligned with the actual peaks (just draw a vertical line from the tip of the main peak to the tip of the reflection and you will see that it needs a little bit of CCW rotation). And it seems like if you had gone to f/8 instead of f/16 and gone to ISO 100, there would be no difference in the reflection but you would record a lot more detail as the D800E is pretty deep into recording diffraction at f/16 and the reflection of an item is approximately the same distance as the actual item optically so DOF wasn't an issue as just about everything in this photo is at infinity. It would also have less noise and better dynamic range in the bargain since you would be shooting at the camera's base ISO.
