This is one of the iconic sights along the West coast of Ireland. I must say I have never experienced wind and rain like we experienced since Hurricane Gloria-I just dated myself.

Such a cool place. I hope I get back there again one day. This has a very artsy feel to it. Any special filters or tone mapping on it? I like the effect.

The raw file was a bit nasty to say the least. The overall look of the subject was dull and life less. I used Viveza and brushed in  varying amounts of clarity and some  selective  burning and dodging . The goal was to present the overall stormy look. Thanks for the comments, learning never stops.
