Granite bolders in shallow, turquoise water are often called characteristic for Lake Tahoe, although only a relatively small area in the northeast corner displays such scenery.

I like the inclusion of the pine tree ,it helps to soften the right side of the image as well as directing your eye to the rocks and that nice leading line.

I like the way the line/shape of the water and the hump shape of the rocks that taper down both "launch" your eye into the picture.
