Thanks for the comments, Cynthia and Gary! My plan was to go to Bosque and shoot the moon over one of the ponds. I didn't make it! If you click on the Facebook page linked at the bottom of this post, you will see a nice photo taken at Bosque of the supermoon by someone who was there (the one posted on 10-4-2015). I had to make do with what was handy!
