I took this image a couple of years ago at the Great Plains Indian Pow Wow in Cody , Wyoming.  I just re-processed it using various filters including, radial blur, Gaussian blur, fractalius, and texturizer.  Hope you like it.

I DO like it! Especially the radiating lines away from the warrior. It really animates him. And as Jim says, makes him look supernatural. Nice work!

Very creative Hector. Love the graphic feel and the muted colours. Impressive photo and photoshop work.
