The original photo was taken from the Ancient Hunter's Overlook in the Badlands National Park in South Dakota, December 2014. I added the bighorns from other photos taken in the park. The sunbeams were in the original photo. Corel Painter was used.

Terrific view Jerry -- I love the rich saturated palette. I might be tempted to take a bit off the top.

It does work as a 16 x 9 ratio panorama for my computer monitor as a desktop. I have my desktop pictures rotate every few minutes.

Here is an earlier try from the same picture, but with a 16x9 crop factor.

Love the rich colors, Jerry. The 2 bighorns add a lot I think. They anchor focus.
I like the other version too- a very different , more subtle mood.

I was looking at Turner paintings where he had high points on the sides and areas with a subject that were spotlighted. I added the sheep in the top one to give it more interest that I thought the original ones I tried lacked.

Love this one Jerry! Gorgeous colours and a wonderful feel to your finished artwork - the bighorns make a great addition!
