From a photo I took this week in Minnesota and painted using Corel Painter. It was fun sitting in the snow watching these big birds. This one drifted into an early morning sun ray's spotlight.

Nice lighting and expression-a little puzzling what is what beyond the head and neck-very impressionistic.

Classic swan preening pose and I love the light in this one Jerry! Not too keen on the feathers being quite so 'woolly, but that's just my personal taste.
