You do get that sense of motion here- is it a composite? The tree is quite dramatic-I like it. Perhaps, though, it dominates the picture a bit? Depends of what effect you want, I guess. I would tend to crop off some of the tree if you want to emphasize the Eagle.

I like the 3 birds lined up. I say less tree also.
