I like the textures and colors a lot but, I would prefer the poppies a bit farther to the right.

Very pretty combination, as if they were in front of a curtain, perhaps. The placement is a bit unusual, but works pretty well for me--they have lots of space on top.

The fern texture makes a nice background, which compliments the vegetation around the poppies.

I like the way you've portrayed them,as though they are in front of a net curtain in a window. The combination of the poppies and net effect works beautifully together!
