Nice idea- works pretty well-great colors. I wonder if a few more brush strokes on the rose would make it match the background a little better. Very nice as is, though-just a thought for experimentation perhaps.

Love the gradations of color in the rose. Perhaps an added overlay of different and finer brush strokes on the flower than the background.

I completely agree with the feedback that Rose also needs some brush strokes. It is something I knew as well but as of now, I am a starter. I am learning digital painting and soon things will fall in place.
