Just down at the local bluffs where I had to remind myself that spring is on it's way with another cold grey day outside.
100mm macro, ISO 50  f16.  Tweaked the tonal range and color using curves and NIK pro contrast.

Lots of textures here, a very nice mix, quite dynamic, and without an explanation, I'd be puzzling over just what I was seeing, which is part of the fun. Makes an intriguing abstract.

Amazing the way your treatment has highlighted the whirling 'strands' of water, like a time-lapse record of moving pencil torches against a dark background. A fascinating and quite unique view of water movement and I love your title!

Terrific abstract Jackie -- it has a nice ethereal feel.

Nice abstract, Jackie. Always a fan of abstract images, especially the ones that others could not recognize what it is.

Looks like a light painting "as Carol said" overlaying a stream.
