  5. Exit the browser again, reopen it, and try to sign in again.

Great Plains Indians Pow Wow

Took this image at the 2012 Great Plains Indians Pow Wow in Cody, Wyoming.  I used various filters in CS6 to obtain the final result.  I used Motion Blurr, Oil Paint, Smart Sharpening, and the CutOut filters.  Hope you like it.

I really like this. The combination of filters was excellent. Colors and detail perfect. A well deserved Editor's Pick. Thanks for sharing.
