The mishaps are beginning as Shell poises to drill in the Arctic...I wonder how the wildlife will fare?

Thomas Hobbs (1588-1679) wrote in his book, Leviathan, that "Hell is truth seen too late." Hobbes did not believe in Hell or Purgatory but the darkness of ignorance as opposed to the light of true knowledge. The continuing to promote extraction and burning of fossil fuels certainly supports this premise.
