Appreciative but skeptical. Increasing the demand for all horns will drive the price of the "real" horns up, thus increasing poaching. With big money at risk, the difference in horns will be detectable...the poachers could simply cut the horns longer, include some skin and meat on one end...and likely much simpler ways to tell the difference.
Using logic to cull myth based obsession rarely works, you need consequence.
