Yes, I read the comments.  

Sounds to me as if the people are wise to it, and if it is up to them...it is not going anywhere.  

Sounds to me like they are not willing to give up their salmon runs.

If I read it right, sounds good.  Sounds like Alaskans cherish the wilderness and their salmon.  Am I wrong?

I could be all wrong on this one but.....The proposal is all about politics, big money and to heck with nature and the environment.  It's not about electricity for the people.  It's all about greed for the politicians and the already-rich...oh, and it's about the investors too.  Again....am I wrong on this?  I could be.  :)
