It's a PBS channel like "CreateTV".  Schedules and local stations can be found online at "World TV". Many of the regular PBS stations carry the same programming on a different schedule. Around here we have 4 PBS stations, including Create and World, that broadcast as local stations and can be picked up over the air by a regular antenna. The programming is usually very good. I think you can also view the programs online, either at PBS or WorldTV.
