This is indeed great news. If I am not mistaken, at Audubon's prompting, I sent a good image of a piping plover along with my plea for this cause. I guess being vocal for worthy causes can help.

Maybe if you included at least something about megapixels in the the title, this thread would generate more interest. :D

I was being  facetious. I think that most people, probably myself included, seem more attracted to gear talk than environmental issues. 

Also, Audubon did not use my photograph. I sent one to the agency deciding weather or not the ORV's would be allowed on the beaches.
