Just back from leading a 17 day Ecuador trip. Everyone in the group had some good opportunities with these beautiful ducks on the Rio Papallacta. It was fun to experiment with some slow shutter speeds!

Beautiful picture and the frame is amazing. I was in Ecuador but I didn't have the chance to see this duck.

Fantastic - I love the way the water wraps around the rock that the bird is on and just the right amount of movement in the water.

Captivating image David with the water rushing by and swirling around the rock, it really does justice to the name of the species.

Way overkill on the contrast or something....
