Excellent B&W conversion. Tones throughout the feathering are nicely rendered.

Paul, Very nice. The snow emphasizes the habitat that the Owl lives. Processing question: is it possible to convert the photo to black and white, but leave the eyes their original color? If so, I think that would be a neat shot.
