Long-tailed Duck by Malcolm Benn, on Flickr

I wish the head was angled a bit more towards me but I really love the fanned tail and the hint of clouds in the B/G.

The beauty of the bird makes the head angle no issue. Pleasing capture.

Head angle is a non issue for me. I love everything about this image, and especially your processing.

What a great collection of Long-tailed Ducks we have seen recently, and this is one of the best. I'm really starting to get quite jealous.
Cheers from the Canadian west coast,

Malcolm, yes maybe the head could have been turned a small bit. Everything else is perfect. Beautiful shot.

Great. I like the head angle as it evokes an "I'm heading out to sea" flight.

Best,

Matt

Yeah, the rest of the image is really strong so don't sweat the head angle too much. Its a really pretty, sharp shot.
