Fantastic. A very lovely shot. The bird and plant are perfectly balanced.

Look back pose and strong eye contact are pluses.
Wished you had more dof to cover the tail. Note that at 1/2500 you had plenty of speed to play around ...

Nice shot here - I might drop the exposure a bit or tone down the highlights as it appears a little washed out to me.

Thank you, well it happened to fast for me, I will try implementing it next time around.
