Sharp and nice exposure. Still a decent BG, angle and head turn desired.

I love the plumage of these woodpeckers. It always reminds me of porcupine quills. It looks like your focal point was on the mid part of the bird here rather than the head/eye. Still, at f 11 you should have had a very good depth of focus (head looks a bit soft on my screen).

A nice shot of a classic Mountain-Pacific bird. Yeah a head turn would be nice, but you can't do anything about that after the fact. You might be able to brighten it just a whisker to make it pop a bit more.
