George this one is wonderful! Great composition! That bg is so sweet I would wish for a little more of it especially top and more so bottom. You might look at desat on the bright green behind him as thats where my eye keeps going and that seems awkward a bit...I'm just thinking if the eye went more  to in front of the bird it would feel more natural. But the image is just great in my book...
