Paradise, California.  The classic wbn pose.  A regular at my feeders grabbing a sunflower seed and retreating to a safe spot to open it and devour the contents.  A lot of work for little reward, I think.
Canon 7D, 500mm + 1.4, ISO 800, f7.1 @ 1/800.  No crop.
