What a gorgeous bird and I love the colors, details and the creamy BG. I feel a landscape format would suit this pose better and I don't think the perch above adds much to the image. Just a thought for you. Well done.

Great shot of a beauty bird i agree on the composition recommendations. To much vertical nothingness around the bird and the dead leaf doesn't warrant enough interest for inclusion in this shot.
