Absolutely adorable. Nice working on the stop-down to get them all in focus.

Nice image all around, story and comp. I like how the chicks are looking at their mom and one appears to be craning it's neck to look at you Missy.

This is fantastic Missy. Not easy, as you know, to get all of them facing the right way for a family portrait. The individual different poses are great and I too like the little guy craning his neck to look at what's happening. Colors and details look great also but if it were mine (I wish) I would selectivly sharpen the parent on the left to finish it up. Nice work

I love the chicks bursting from the parent's plumage, just like little bumblebees!

David, Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback and critique.  You are so right and I wish I knew how to sharpen that Grebe without messing it up too much.  The Grebe just came up from under the water and his feathers looked as if they had a shiny coating that I couldn't seem to work with.  Do you have any suggestions?  Thanks again
