Himadri, well done with what looks to be tough lighting, bird stands out well from blue BG with a good, clean pose.  I like the way the eye caught the light.

This is a nice subject and has potential for a story. The lighting conditions don't appear to be ideal and I find the 'wood' on the bottom right to be distracting...nice blue sky though.

Pretty harsh overhead light, it appears. But that's usually when they land for me. Nicely done.

Very cool species, Himadri! Nice shot, especially given the difficult conditions. This would've been a good situation to use flash in order to even out the harsh light - setting your exposure to better contain the brightest areas of the tree, then filling in the shadows with flash. Better yet, maybe you can return on a day with overcast skies as this looks to be a great opportunity! Composition wise, if this were my shot, I would either include more of the tree, placing the bird in the right third, or less of the tree, placing the bird in the left third.
