I know you spent some time with these beauties. This closer in image tells a story very well. The only nit is the strong shadow on the chick.

Great interaction!  Nitpicking - the light is a bit harsh & a lot of noise.

 I have not even put this through Photoshop. Noise et al will be taken care of. Yes the light was a little harsh because the chick was born and first hit the water about 9:30.
