It has been very hot here lately with harsh sunlight every day - not my favorite conditions for photography. I found this male tanager perching in the bright sun with an almost black background and grabbed a few shots. I actually liked the way it turned out. I would be interested in feedback from others here.
Canon 7D2, 500mm f4L IS II, ISO 640, f 8, 1/2500 sec, manual exposure, hand held. Bob Kothenbeutel
