Tufted Puffin repost

So after the post with the bird's head the other way, Greg Downing sent me a message saying that the shot had potential but just did not sing to him. It needed some white balance adjustment and levels work, and the eye needed a little work, which he did for me.

This is the result, and hopefully all the whales of the Bearing Sea are humming along.

This works much better! Beautiful specimen and I like that it is slightly lighter than the original post.

Super detail and exposure. I have often wondered what some of my images would look like if I had them processed by someone else. It would be fascinating for me to have 5 other people process one of my images and compare them (post them) to see the results.
