Sulawesi Kingfisher

This gorgeous Sulawesi Kingfisher was shot in the morning where he was perching under a shaded tree branch .

He was very tame when I approach near to him and  was very happy to have  a close encountered of this gorgeous bird.




Photo was captured by Nikon D4s with Nikon AFS 400mm F2.8 E lens.


ISO 6400
F 4.0
WB 4400
Speed 1/60

              Thank you for your comment .
It was shot at ISO 6400 for this gorgeous fellow as he was perching under a very shady branch where the lighting was quite dim during that time .

This shot was captured by Nikon D4s with Nikon AFS 400mm F2.8 E lens .
