Canon EOS Rebel T5

Limited editing in Lightroom. I did remove a twig in the bottom left corner. Bird is side-lit, which I believe is not ideal. Thank you very much for any comments and critiques.

As a student in an introductory bird photography class, it was suggested that I post some shots to learn from others on this forum. After reviewing all of the wonderful photos on this forum for a few months, this is my 5th photo that I have posted here.

Hi Matt.
The processing and detail looks good. Would prefer less of an angle but a nice image overall.

Another nice image. If I was a rabbit I would be glimpsing this over my left should while I was running 100mph in the opposite direction.

I don't mind the angle...especially with the suggestion you make. Keep enjoying your nature photography.

The perfect angle to illustrate your title Matt, and you can just see its poised for the fatal swoop! Nicely done.

The angle is too steep for my liking but other then that you handled the tech very well with fine detail.
