It was low tide as we walked onto the beach at a coastal inlet at 6:30am as the sun worked it's magic on this lone plover. I quickly attached my camera to my ground pod and my shooting pal gently guided this obliging shorebird towards me as a lay flat on the wet sand,
I was sorry that I had used my TC1.7 as it was too much lens, next time I will no better. Nikon D7200, Nikkor 300 2.8 VR II, TC 1.7, Homemade ground Pod.
f/5.6 @ 1/1000 sec ISO-400.
