Nice flight shot of the Shelduck. I would tend to use a faster shutter speed to handle the blur on the wing feathers. I realise some folk like this but I am programmed against in blur in the main subject.

I agree with Graeme and would add that you have done a great job on the exposure for this particular colour combination on the shelduck Biplab.

Yes, 1/1000 sec is not the best for BIF. My major problem is that it is flying away from the camera.
