From my weekend in Allegany State Forest, N.Y.

  Northern Parula (Setophaga americana)

Canon EOS 1D Mark IV, Canon 500mm f4L MKII + Canon  X 1.4 
Exposure: f/5.6, 1/800 seconds, ISO 1250
