Some of my favorite photography is out in the ocean in my kayak. This was taken a few years ago when we had an invasion of these guys into the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Hand held from my kayak a few kilometers out in the strait.

Nice. Pelagic species can be difficult. I like the pose, low angle, light, and the awesome water color. Best image of this species I have seen.

This is excellent, Tim. I really like the wing back pose and lower angle. The water looks fairly calm too for being so far out. Nice work.
