Another shot from Nome 2 years ago.  This was one of my favorite birds to photograph up there, they are quite animated and I love the plumage which is transitioning from winter to summer in June.

Interesting plumage, nice calling pose and I love the showing of the dew on the vegetation, Nate.

A nice capture of the calling behaviour Nate, lovely detail of both plumage and dewdrops!

Thanks James, Karl and Carol!
James this was taken in Nome, Alaska. Specifically on Teller Road north of town. But they are common throughout much of the Seward Peninsula (Nome area).
