Here's another shot from Nome, Alaska.  This is the land of the mid night sun.  If it's a sunny day as this was, the light is at it's best between 12 and 1 am which is when this shot was taken.

Nice calling pose, composition and smooth background. Agree with the light up there. When in Barrow we usually headed out at about 10PM and photographed all "night".

Beautiful image Nate, would love an opportunity to shoot these guys. I can't wrap my head around shooting birds between naught naught 0 and 1 o'clock, cool.
